Quantum fully part of the Fosber Group

Fosber S.p.A. has completed the acquisition of 100% of Quantum Corrugated Srl, purchasing the remaining 40% share capital from Brivio Pierino & C. Srl.

The transaction marks the completion of a process that began in 2020, when Quantum Corrugated, the evolution of the historic Agnati company, joined the Fosber Group.
The integration has expanded the Group’s technological portfolio and strengthened its position in the segment of specialized corrugator lines.

By taking full control of Quantum Corrugated, Fosber further consolidates its growth strategy and reaffirms its commitment to developing innovative, flexible and high-value solutions for the corrugated board industry.
