Fosber & Smartlogistix new solutions for reel handling

Fosber Group and A.Celli Group, two leading industrial players headquartered in Lucca, Italy, have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at developing a new solution for the handling of paper reels, expanding Fosber’s intralogistics offering for the corrugated board industry.

            The agreement provides for the supply of a dedicated reel handling system designed and engineered by Smartlogistix (part of A.Celli Group) based on Fosber’s specific operational and technical requirements. The solution is the result of a close collaboration between the two companies, combining Fosber’s deep understanding of production processes with A.Celli’s long-standing expertise in logistics and material handling systems for the paper and tissue sectors.

            The project was developed through a shared engineering approach, allowing the system to be tailored to the needs of Fosber’s customers while ensuring high standards of reliability, efficiency, and integration within existing production environments. As a result, Fosber is now able to offer a new intralogistics solution supported by the industrial know-how and product quality of a recognized leader in the field.
